Finally HybridCache. Some questions: 1) what about cache expired items self-cleaning? How it is implemented in SQL Server part? 2) what about changing cached items from outside: if any third party app changes SQL Server cached items how it is reflected in apps used HybridCache? in InMemory parts of the cache?
