Odine Acquires 53% Stake in Logate to Accelerate Global Expansion and Innovation
Odine announces a strategic partnership with Logate, a Montenegro-based technology company operating in the European market, renowned for its expertise in banking systems, enterprise IT solutions, and a robust portfolio of ready-to-deploy products in 5G and advanced connectivity technologies. This investment, which includes the acquisition of a 53.03% majority stake, represents a significant step forward in advancing our global growth strategy and diversifying our technology portfolio.
As part of this collaboration, Logate’s broader technology ecosystem, including its fully owned subsidiary focused on software education and talent development, alongside its majority stake in an Austria-based marketing company plays an integral role in our partnership, enabling us to enhance not only our technical capacity but also our talent pipeline and regional presence.
Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen our technical capabilities in 5G and advanced connectivity technologies, support our efforts toward next-generation connectivity solutions expected to evolve into 6G and beyond in the medium to long term, expand our ability to develop new products and solutions on a global scale, and enter new markets with high value-added offerings more decisively.

Odine has signed a strategic partnership agreement with UK-based Symmetry Solutions to integrate the PRISM database developed to detect high-risk numbers and mitigate International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF) into its end-to-end wholesale voice management platform, Odine Orion.
Through this strategic integration, the Orion platform gains new capabilities aimed at enhancing voice traffic security for telecom operators, to prevent IRSF-related revenue loss and enhance overall user experience.
This collaboration is part of our broader effort to strengthen Odine Orion expertise in voice traffic security and to advance our growth strategy by further increasing our competitiveness in the global market and expanding our capacity to deliver high-value services.
Türk Telekom International Enhances Network Routing and Security with BroadForward and Odine
Türk Telekom International (TTI), a prominent provider of internet and IP interconnect services across multiple countries, has announced the successful integration of BroadForward’s Signaling Transfer Point (STP) and Diameter Routing Agent (DRA), alongside advanced BroadForward signaling firewall security for 2G, 3G and 4G networks, facilitated by global technology partner Odine.
Key to TTI’s decision to embrace the BroadForward solution is the unparalleled versatility offered by BroadForward’s ‘single engine’ converged signaling solution. OdineLabs Inc. Completes Official Patent Application for AI-Powered Semantic Communication Technology for 5G/6G Networks
OdineLabs Inc., a group company of Odine, has officially submitted an international patent application for AI-powered semantic communication technology designed for 5G and 6G wireless communication systems. This milestone marks a tangible result of the company’s long-term vision in next-generation communication technologies and its commitment to innovation-driven R&D.
The patent focuses on a novel communication system and methodology that combines multi-task semantic communication infrastructure with federated learning techniques. By prioritizing the meaning of transmitted data over traditional raw data transmission, this approach enables not only faster and more efficient data communication but also introduces smarter and more secure network solutions.
This newly developed system aims to optimize bandwidth utilization and minimize latency. Leveraging federated learning, data can be processed directly on edge devices, reducing the need for centralized data transfer and significantly enhancing data privacy and security. The patent application covers an AI-powered policy orchestration system that enables real-time automated management and optimization of 5G and future 6G communication networks. By enhancing speed, latency, and bandwidth efficiency, the system supports uninterrupted performance in high-bandwidth use cases such as video streaming and online gaming.

Hosted by Odine, “Connecting the Dots with AI for a Smarter Enterprise & Telecom Landscape” event took place on June 16 at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul.
