New York State’s Secure Choice Retirement Program is no longer just an idea—it’s already in motion and will soon become mandatory for many employers. If you don’t currently offer a retirement plan, you could soon be out of compliance.
Similar mandates have already gone live in New Jersey and other states—and New York is quickly following suit.

Tax Credit Programs That May Save You Money
If you’re a for-profit business in New York and might potentially hire employees under age 25, you may want to take a look at the New York Youth Jobs Program Tax Credit.
It’s a state program that offers up to $7,500 in credits per eligible employee.
