What is manifesting?

The word manifest is defined in the dictionary as something that is easily understood or make clear or evident to the mind's eye. Your mind is indeed a powerful tool, and the thoughts you choose to nurture can have a significant impact on your outcomes. By consciously directing your thoughts towards your desired goals and outcomes, you are laying the foundation for making them a reality.

It's important to note that this goes beyond just daydreaming; it involves purposefully and positively shaping your thinking. When you truly believe in your goals and can picture yourself achieving them, it fuels your motivation and enthusiasm to take the necessary actions.

Why do we manifest?

What you focus on, you can manifest. When your thoughts, intentions and actions align with your goals, you have the power to turn your dreams into reality.  Your focus shapes your world. What your attention is drawn to, you can manifest.

It's interesting how our thoughts can have a direct impact on our reality. If we constantly think about negative things like traffic or bills, it's almost like we inadvertently attract more of them into our lives. On the other hand, by consciously directing our thoughts towards our ideal life and the experiences we want to have, we open ourselves up to opportunities and possibilities that align with those desires.

By consistently focusing on positive and empowering thoughts, we can increase the likelihood of manifesting those desires. By paying close attention to our thought patterns and intentionally shaping them to match our ideal life, we can create from a place of pure intention.

How do we manifest?

  1. Make a list
  2. Narrow down your list and organize into categories
  3. Visualize your list while meditating
  4. Journal
  5. Visualize
  6. Read and research
  7. Write out an action plan in detail
  8. Visualize yourself following the action plan
  9. Create the entire story and fill in the details
  10. Gratitude

Get into the habit of focusing on those positive thoughts. This means that instead of just allowing life to happen to us, we can actively participate in the co-creation process. It's about taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, and actions and using them as powerful tools to shape our reality.
