PRACTICE POSITIVE THINKING
Today I shall be talking about – how we can stay positive in this stressful life. I completely agree with the fact that we all struggle to stay positive and most of the time we are pessimistic rather than being optimistic. On the other hand, it is very hard to be positive all the time and of course, it is not possible to never have any negative thoughts. However, if we all learn to switch our mindset and practice positive thinking, this can have a great impact on our lives. For me positive thinking is not about ignoring negative situations that might occur in everyday life. In contrast, it is about accepting the hardships of life and approaching them in a positive way.
When we are in a negative mindset and feel very low, it is very hard to not to show others, it can affect our relationships, friendships, self-esteem and much more. If we practice being an optimistic person, it makes us feel better about ourselves and keeps us energized and focused on our goals.
Depending on my personal experiences and observations, allow me to share some exercises that can help you to stay positive 😊
Positivity can build your resilience, considering every problem with optimism we look for solutions without giving up. Thus, positivity allows you to carry on, ask for help or use all your inner resources. It motivates you to accomplish your goals, a successful person will likely have a positive attitude towards life and work. Therefore, positivity gives them motivation and strength to accomplish their dreams and goals. Being positive makes you excited about any task, conversation or challenge you encounter and thus boosts your spirits.
Studies show that people with an optimistic outlook have an improved mental capacity. They can reflect on the issues systematically and plan your actions without fear and stress. Positivity brings out the best in people, naturally it affects their surroundings as others will find the company of an optimist enjoyable.
Now, the question is how we can practice positive thinking😊
There are some very easy traits that can help you to practice being positive
· Smile More – According to research, even fake smiling can reduce stress.
· Compliment others – When you meet a person, seek something to praise in them.
· Find humor in everyday situations – When facing challenges, make sure you laugh at the experience or note to laugh about it later.
· Read positive and inspirational materials – Try at least looking through motivational quotes, tips, and opinions before bed.
· Practice gratitude – When feeling down, you can write something joyful about your life
· Avoid negative self-talk – Your self-esteem directly depends on the way to treat yourself. When you notice negative self-talk, pause for a moment, and evaluate your thoughts.
· Think of the good things in life – Even when you encounter a challenge or some horrible event, try to focus on the positives, no matter how unimportant they may seem.
· Interact with optimistic people – Communicating with optimists can help you stay positive even in times of trouble.
To be more positive, you should try and stop putting up barriers over new challenges. I hope you can find some positive thinking exercises that will work for you and be sure to put them into practice everyday 😊

3yCan’t agree more. I also feel talking about mental is still looked back while seeking help with someone professional is considered taboo.
