If you're looking for...
Somewhere to grab a coffee:
- Gabi Cafe in Chinatown is a treat for the eyes and the tastebuds. It's the perfect spot for catching up with friends and colleagues and feels a world away from the the Strip, while only being 13-minutes' drive from Mandalay Bay
- Dig It! Coffee Co. in the Downtown Arts District serves purpose-driven coffee. Their mission, to serve kindness, coffee and inclusion, sees them creating space and opportunities for adults of all abilities. The menu includes smoothies, bowls, sandwiches and burritos with plenty of plant-based options
- PRESS at Four Seasons. Known for delicious coffee and outstanding service, it's the perfect place to kick start your day. And it’s only 10-minutes' walk from the show floor
IMEX note: We're sending these tips straight to our Chairman, Ray Bloom, who loves coffee (his favorite Vegas coffee spot is Vespa). Check out an interview he did there last year
Somewhere to grab dinner before the evening parties:
- Nora’s Italian Cuisine. A true local gem, it’s a firm favorite among Las Vegas locals, serving up authentic Italian food, comfort, charm and a welcome that keeps you coming back. Tucked into a corner of the city, it’s the kind of place where memories are made.
Patty Kindness
loves it so much she celebrated her 40th birthday here!
- Komodo at Fontainebleau Las Vegas offers upscale pan-Asian dining with stand-out dishes like Surf & Turf maki rolls and inventive cocktails like the Matcha Martini. It’s the place to go if you’re looking to wow colleagues and clients (or yourself)
- Bourbon Steakhouse at the Four Seasons is a moment to indulge. Award-winning Chef Michael Mina reimagines the classic American steakhouse with prime cuts, fresh seafood and globally inspired flavors. If you’re looking for an exceptional dinner just 10 minutes from the show floor, Bourbon Steakhouse is it
- Slice of Vegas at Mandalay Bay is perfect for a quick post-show dinner. Don't let the casual pizza parlor vibe fool you—Slice of Vegas cooks up bold flavors, gluten-free (and gluten-full) pizza and pasta, and plenty of plant-based options. You can stop by the deli counter for a quick slice or order from the menu and take it to go
IMEX note: The IMEX team also love grabbing a quick bite at Esther’s Kitchen in the Arts District—they checked it out after chatting with
Simon Gerbi
and
David Leiserowitz
from Pyvot Socks last year. Check out the video
A spot for a cocktail and a chat:
- LPM Restaurant & Bar at the Cosmopolitan offers a French Riviera escape, and the perfect backdrop for a cocktail and a catch-up with a wide selection of craft and non-alcoholic cocktails. The PRA team recommends a table on the patio
- Sparrow + Wolf in Chinatown is a hidden gem just off the Strip, offering warmth, intention and exceptional hospitality. Chef Brian Howard’s Midwestern roots and classical training merge in a menu that celebrates tradition while embracing innovation
- Hard Shake at the Waldorf Astoria. Found 23 floors above the Strip, Hard Shake is a luxurious new bar concept inspired by the revered hard shake method, offering drinks with a spectacular view of the Vegas lights
Pre or post #IMEX25 shows and experiences:
- Wizard of Oz at The Sphere. The Sphere is fast becoming an iconic part of the Vegas skyline, and the futuristic venue is taking a step back in time with the Wizard of Oz. This multi-sensory 4D experience will transport you straight to the land of Oz
- The John Wick Experience. Designed in collaboration with filmmaker Chad Stahelski, and Lionsgate and Egan Productions, this 12,000-square-foot interactive experience brings you into John Wick’s world. Explore intricately themed rooms, complete missions and enjoy signature cocktails at two stylish bars inside The Continental
- Eternal Nature at Arte Museum invites you into a journey through nature. From towering waterfalls to fields of endless blooms, each room offers a moment to pause, breathe and simply be. A perfect way to end a busy week of meetings, connections and learning
- DISCOSHOW at The LINQ. At the heart of the Strip, you can become part of a 1970s New York party. The show doesn’t unfold around you—it pulls you into the center of a boogie wonderland. Dress up in sequins and enjoy the ride
