Reetu's story
Reetu Kansal, senior project manager, student services at the University of London Worldwide, has managed various aspects of business continuity planning and has helped the organisation transition to remote working. Her advice for fellow project professionals is to prepare for future emergencies by giving greater priority to business-as-usual activities that might otherwise take a back seat, such as ensuring procedural documents and protocol are ready and accessible. She said: “This has been a trying time, when building trust, maintaining integrity and prioritising have been more important than ever.”
Senior Project Manager (Capital Development) at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)
