Always choose targets that seem implausible and then feel the joy of accomplishing it;).

There is nothing that can give you more joy than achieving something which initially looked difficult.

At Appinventiv we follow a simple rule while setting up any target if it seems achievable then we notch it up until it looks beyond our reach and then put our blood and soul to meet those targets and that feeling when you accomplish it is on a different level.

In life or in your career if you want to have that sense of fulfillment, then choose harder stuff and complete it. Keep in mind this is not for showing the world, but it is for you to have that feeling of accomplishment and growth, which can again act as motivation to do more harder stuff and you will grow every day. This can not come if you are doing the same stuff and not growing yourself to go to another level.

Even when you fail you will achieve more than what seems feasible at first place and you will grow your muscles to be better and your appetite for harder stuff will increase.
