#1: Elements of your Leadership Approach

What does it mean to have an "approach"? Does it mean to ignore your instincts? No - but taking a moment before you act is a good idea. Does it mean a multi-page strategic plan before you act? No - although having a strategy and core values gives your approach context.

Approach is about how you show up and respond to the curveball you inevitably will see. In this video, I share my five elements of approach. My clients work with me to develop these five elements and apply their approach to the issues facing them, their teams, and their businesses.
