Our team heartfully thanks Breadwinner and Niels Bryan-Low for continual training and valuable insights on financial solutions for Salesforce clients.

Breadwinner integration offers a fluid connection between Salesforce and accounting platforms like Xero and QuickBooks. The company helps businesses enhance financial visibility, minimize data entry errors, and foster informed decision-making.

This May, we delved into Breadwinner's integration with Netsuite ERP software. With insights from our Breadwinner associates, we harness real-time financial data access, bolstering sales and service functions. 

We strive to eliminate data discrepancies and facilitate swift decision-making for an outstanding customer experience. We gained more profound insights into Breadwinner software and the company itself at the event. We adore the format - it enables our colleagues to network in the office and engage in pleasant conversations over lunch.

Salesforce Women in Tech Meetup in Lviv

At Redtag, a Ukrainian company, we hold our national heritage and identity dear. In celebration of the profound symbolism and beauty of the Vyshyvanka - our traditional embroidered garment - we recognize its narrative of history, artistry, and national pride.

This attire embodies our ancestors' tireless efforts, resilience, and love for our motherland.

ChatGPT and Salesforce Integration

At Redtag, we're transforming customer interaction by integrating ChatGPT into the heart of Salesforce. We are testing our initial MVPs and are excited to showcase promising results soon.

So, what products are we developing?

First off, we have our 'Email to Lead' feature. Leveraging the power of AI, we generate personalized emails for each lead by using specific details from the lead record and a selected email format. Moreover, you can edit them further to meet your unique requirements.

Ever found it challenging to recall past interactions with a customer? Our 'Lead Activity Summary' feature is here to help. Whether a new agent takes over a lead or you're revisiting a lead that's been dormant - you can swiftly review the interaction history, grasp the context, and continue the conversation seamlessly.

Working with large forms can indeed be daunting. To address this, we've developed the 'Form Summary' feature. This tool enables you to create a concise summary from the fields of large forms, giving you a clear overview of the results without the need to scrutinize each field individually.

Our 'Case Urgency and Mood Determiner' is another significant feature streamlining work by sorting cases by urgency. This tool smartly assigns them to the appropriate and available agents to handle them efficiently.

We're also knocking down language barriers with our 'Chatter with Translation' feature, enabling seamless communication across multinational teams and clients.

Salesforce Security Model Webinar at Redtag

Our webinar aimed to clearly and concisely explain Salesforce security and its customization. We began with fundamentals and were excited to see our team's solid understanding while introducing new concepts. The webinar was packed with real-project examples, aiming to deliver hands-on experience.

We appreciate the efforts of Anastasiia Matviichuk and Ivanna Kuzemchak for making it happen.

Redtag Running Club

We're running to make a difference, raising funds for a significant cause. Our team spread across the globe, unites on the Strava app, where we compete, converse, and contribute to building a dedicated intensive care and rehabilitation hospital in Lviv.

Our strides support the charitable project, Unbroken Kids under the umbrella of UNBROKEN Ukraine. Enthusiastically, team members convert their kilometers into dollars to make a lasting impact.

So far, we've covered approximately 1000 km, and there's still plenty of time to raise more funds. Stay tuned to see how our strides support those who can't take their own.
