Celebrating Leadership Excellence: Wrapping op our Falcon 17 and Inspire Programmes
We’ve successfully wrapped up two key leadership development programmes—Falcon 17 and Inspire—designed to empower and elevate our talent. Falcon 17, our flagship key talent Senior Managers Programme, took participants on a transformative journey across Dubai and Cairo, where they engaged in impactful learning experiences and collaborated with peers. The programme culminated in a graduation ceremony at the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo, celebrating the growth, dedication, and future potential of our senior managers.
Simultaneously, the Inspire programme in Dubai brought together new Senior Managers, equipping them with the strategic and leadership skills needed for their elevated roles. This motivational programme focused on developing the interpersonal and business acumen necessary to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. Both initiatives highlight our ongoing commitment to nurturing exceptional leaders and shaping the future of leadership in the region.
