Spark (SPK), launched in 2023, is a cross-chain DeFi protocol in the Sky ecosystem (formerly MakerDAO), offering yield, borrowing, and lending for stablecoins. It uses the SPK token for governance and utility. Spark is now offering ~76,000 OP tokens per week in rewards, boosting APY to 4.42% with no lockups or gimmicks. The program runs through the end of 2025.

Polymarket has acquired derivatives exchange QCX for $112 million, including its CFTC-regulated clearinghouse, marking its official re-entry into the US market as a compliant platform. The move follows the closure of DOJ and CFTC investigations and aims to "bring Polymarket home," according to CEO Shayne Coplan. Polymarket, which saw $1.1 billion in trading volume in June, gained mainstream attention during the 2024 election cycle for accurately predicting Biden’s withdrawal and Trump’s lead. In June, X named Polymarket its official prediction platform, with further integrations planned.

Yesterday, BTC spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $68.0M, with $7.5M into GBTC and $75.5M outflow from non-GBTC funds.
