A: THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

JOSEPH  EZENWA:

Joseph Ezenwa is the Managing Consultant  of ResourceHouse Ltd.  He holds B.Agric. (Hons) degree in Soil Science from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). He also obtained MBA Finance and PGD  Financial Management from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi. He recently submitted a Ph.D Research Proposal to IMT University ,Lucca Italy July 2017 on Impact of Macroeconomic Variables on  Economic Development of Nigeria having applied to the University on Scholarship programme for a Ph.D in System Science, Track: Economics, Network and Business Analysis (ENBA).He eventually published the work ie Chapters 1-3 on academia.edu and Admin. of  the site has consistently informed him  of people that read and downloaded it from Nigeria and all parts of the world especially students doing research in this area.  He is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He had attended train the trainer’s programme of Industrial Training Fund(ITF).

 He is a stock and investment analyst ,a researcher, a lecturer and author. He worked with defunct commercial Bank of Africa Ltd where he rose to the position of Branch Manager. He was the Managing Consultant of Afico consulting Ltd. He was Executive Director Finance/Admin. with Braveworld Expertise Ltd. He was Global Capital Markets Origination Director of East Century Capital Market Ltd, Hong Kong.  Mr Ezenwa is a reputable speaker/lecturer in Finance, Management, Accounting and marketing. He has facilitated courses for several organizations both locally and internationally. Specially, he was former lecturer/consultant with Business Examination Education Council (BEEC) Apapa, and Topmark Associates Ltd .He is External Facilitator to Financial Institutions Training Center(FITC).He is a trainer for Skills Outside School(SOS)Foundation on Human Resource Management Module, for their Lagos Programme. He  presently speaks for Braveworld Consulting Ltd , Material Academy Ltd , De Emeth Concept Ltd.

He currently speaks on structured and corporate finance topics like securitization and credit derivatives, derivatives; properties and pricing, portfolio immunization and cashflow matching, mathematics of finance, financial statement analysis and interpretation, funds and investment management, portfolio theory ,securities and investment analysis etc.

 

He has conducted various studies in Finance, management, Marketing and Agriculture. Some of his scholarly works include, Effect of Aggregate Size on Surface Crust Formed by Simulated Rain Fall  “Impact of Financial Distress on Deposit Liabilities of the Banking system”, “Financial Distress, The effect on Depositors, the Economy and Possible Solutions”, “Total Quality management (TQM) as a tool for management of Distress in Financial institutions. Mr. Ezenwa has analyzed and interpreted many Ph.D Dissertations, Research Proposals, Seminar papers as well as B.Sc/B.A, M.Sc, MBA,MPA,PGD etc. Projects. He currently writes feasibility study, Strategic business plan and strategic marketing plan for organizations and individuals. He conducts strategic audit and effectively uses such tools as PEST, PESTLE, MOST, PORTER’S FIVE FORCES FRAMEWORK AND SWOT ANALYSIS in internal and external business environments analyses. He is essentially a financial analyst and had cause to conduct a full analysis of Nigerian Breweries(NB) PLc. using financial ratios and suggested for future strategic alternatives .He wrote Expression of Interest for a project (International Development Association (IDA)/World Bank Assisted Project) for training of audit/accounts staff of Local Government Areas ,Local Government Development Areas and Accountant General Office on International Public Sector Accounting Standards(IPSAs) for a client which they submitted to Osun State Government last year. He also articulated Executive Summary/Abstract of Project for Evergreen Project for another client which they submitted to Lagos State Government. He led the team and analyzed and Interpreted the data for a Market Survey on Extra Virgin Olive Oil Market in Nigeria using Lagos as Market Domain or case study conducted for CrossTheme Resources Group in 2019. He prepared Cashflow Projections for Root Drugs Nigeria Ltd which it presented for a term loan of N4 million , March, 2020.,He also wrote Expression of Interest Proposal for a client to Provide Consultancy Services as External Auditor  with respect to   3rd National Urban Water  Sector Reform Project  in Nigeria  Funded By World Bank and Coordinated by Federal Ministry of Water Resources ,Abuja,March,2020. He developed corporate profile of TAAT 2000 Construction Ltd..He also developed Corporate Profile of Gantez  Laboratory Nigeria Ltd. He  wrote Eagle Sight Ltd Business Proposal submitted to Nestle Nigeria Plc.

He is the author of Contemporary Business Strategies and Models 1st edition and Strategies for Business success” He is also author of the 2nd  edition of Contemporary Business Strategies and Models which was recently published at Amazon.com.He is author of Corporate Finance and Investment which was published in 20222 .Amongst the books he published on Amazon are  Contemporary Business Strategies and Models First and Second editions, Corporate Finance, Fixed Income and Equity Investment, Leading Change and Strategies, Financial Analysis, Analytical Tools and Budgeting and Budgetary Control, Logistics and Outsourcing, Cashflow Management , Service Excellence, Service Excellence Framework, Customer Service Skills etc. Other books authored by him are work place strategies for promotion, “stock Trading and investment made easy. CHIELOKA GODWIN OBASI:

A seasoned journalist, administrator cum banker and a preacher of the word, with one of the foremost church movements, headquartered in the United States. Had a stint with Radio Nigeria Am/Fm stereo, 45 Martins Street, Lagos as an intern from where he left for Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc, 62/66 Broad Street, Lagos; and worked in all departments of the Bank with an experience spanning over twelve years; seven of which was spent in Human Resources Division of the Bank. Has a vast knowledge in Human Resources Management

especially in disciplinary section, where he handled cases involving both the junior and senior management personnel and later ascended to the position of Deputy Head of the Disciplinary Unit.

Subsequently moved to operations; where he went through all the rudiments of operations in all the units as it were and finally becoming the Head, Nigeria Gas Branch of the Bank. He was a pioneer staff of Braveworld Consulting and worked as the Administrative Manager. He consulted for manufacturers Association of Nigeria – Ota Ogun State as Media Consultant.

At present, an Executive Director in ResourceHouse Ltd – a team of Human Capital Development Consultants which he also speaks for. He is a player in the Nigeria Stock Market and advises people on stocks and investments.

 Mr. Obasi is a graduate of Mass Communications and a member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He is a leadership enthusiast and has attended several courses on leadership.

LINUS OSUAGWU (Ph.D):

Prof. Linus Osuagwu was Group Head at Research International (Nigeria) Ltd. He teaches Business Research Methods, Marketing Management and Strategic Marketing. He was a lecturer at University of Lagos, Ondo State University, Imo State University, ATBU, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, and University of Port Harcourt amongst others. Presently he is a Professor with Nigerian American University, Yola. Dr. Osuagwu has many scholarly publications in books and Journals. He is a specialist’s consultant to Research and Market Trends (Nig) Ltd.

 

DAVID UGWU:

David Ugwu is an accredited management trainer. He holds B.Sc in mass communication from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). He is also a holder of MBA Degree in management.

OLU YOUNG:

Mr Olu Young holds B.Sc (Hons) in Management and M.Sc in Industrial Psychology. He is an experienced consultant and Lecturer. He has taught Management in many schools among which are Abubarkar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Lagos State University (LASU) and Student PYE a professional accounting school. He brings to the firm over 15 years experience.

 

CHRIS CLEMENT JUKPOR:

Mr. Jukpor holds LLB (Hons), M.Sc (Industrial Admin) London. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London, and Chartered Institute of Secretaries, London. He is a legal practitioner by profession and a practicing Chartered Accountant and a Management Consultant. He is a part-time lecturer at the University of Lagos, Lagos State University, and ESUT Business School, Lagos. Presently, he is the principal partner of Christopher C. Jukpor and Co. (Legal Practitioner and Corporate Consultants).

 

 

 

NKECHI AKPO-EFEFARORO

 

Nkechi Akpo-Efefaroro holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in Social Deviance and Criminology of Sociology from the same University. She is a Customer Service Professional and an Associate member of Customer Care Institute.

With over 15 years core experience working in the  Fast Moving Consumer goods (FMCG), Aviation, Oil and Gas, Hospitality and Media  industry sectors in Nigeria, she has developed competencies in managing human resources and developed a keen interest in improving the service culture of organizations.

A genuine interest to eradicate the negative or lack of service culture in Nigeria has birthed the need to add value by offering organizations a bespoke service on how to effectively train their workforce to deliver a high quality of service with a view to ultimately improving their bottom line and retain their customers.

 

She is passionate about showing organizations, through careful research that huge budgets spent on advertising and public relations yield absolutely nothing if the stakeholders in the organizations are not given the proper training and retrained periodically on how to satisfy the customers that such advertising programs would attract.

Her area of study, Sociology, has provided deep insight into understanding the mechanisms of human behavior as well as how to maintain relationships generated as a result of the co-existence and interaction of individuals.
