Rooted in Pronoia: Trusting the Journey at the Halfway Point

Rooted in Pronoia: Trusting the Journey at the Halfway Point

We’re halfway through 2025.

And if you’re anything like me, you’ve probably been going full speed—showing up, delivering, building, stretching, leading. Pushing toward the next milestone. The next mission. The next moment of impact.

That was me, until last week. At the ImpactEleven Masterclass, co-founder Josh Linkner said a word that unlocked something in me:

Pronoia. The opposite of paranoia—not the fear that something will go wrong, but the deep belief that the universe is secretly conspiring in your favor.

That word struck me straight in the heart.

Because while I’ve been fully aligned in purpose, I realized:

I’ve still been holding on—tightly. Holding on to outcomes. Holding on to control. Holding on to the pressure of always doing more to feel like it’s enough.

But pronoia reminded me of something essential: It’s not about doing more—it’s about trusting more. Trusting that the work I’m doing is enough. Trusting that my story, my purpose, and my presence are seen. That the seeds I’ve planted will bloom in ways I can’t always predict.

What I need now is not another gear.

It’s a deeper rooting in faith. Faith that I can build an extraordinary life and still have space for joy. For dating, for friendships, for rest. For movies, music, laughter, adventure. Because this is the life I want to live—one that’s not just about rising through, but also rising with intention, balance, and belief.

This is what the RISE Process™ is really about. Not just navigating adversity—but anchoring in presence. Not just chasing possibility—but creating space to receive it.

And so, at this halfway mark, I’m pausing—not to reassess my productivity, but to reconnect with my trust. To believe, fully, that it’s all working in my favor.

And to walk forward with grace, purpose, and yes—pronoia.

Let’s keep rising. Together.

Challenge to Rise

Write it down: Who or what has helped ground you, mirror your truth, or remind you of your worth in the first half of this year?

Reach out: Send them a message, a voice note, or a simple thank-you.

Reflect: Then ask yourself—Where do I need to trust more and hold less?

The pause creates power. The acknowledgment creates clarity.

Leading with Courage

In a world that glorifies hustle, choosing trust over tension is an act of radical leadership.

Pronoia isn't passive optimism. It’s active faith. It means showing up fully and resting unapologetically. It means surrendering the need to micromanage the outcome and rooting deeper into your why.

True leaders don’t just drive results. They embody belief. And belief multiplies—within teams, families, and communities.

Breakthrough Moment

Whenever you feel the urge to push harder or prove yourself, try this mantra:

“I trust that what is meant for me is already finding its way.”

Say it out loud. Let it settle into your nervous system. Feel the shift from control to calm, from panic to presence.

This is the power of pronoia.

Behind the Scenes

This past week with my Impact Eleven family filled me with deep clarity and connection. I’m soaking in the wisdom, laughter, and support—and rooting back into my own humanity. As I prepare for my next round of keynotes and continue refining the final edits of my book, I’m carrying this truth with me: it’s not just about reaching more people—it’s about reaching more meaning. And that begins with trust.

Let’s keep rising—with presence, with purpose, and with pronoia.

With love and belief,

Rashmi

You really need to get out of my head 🤣🤣🤣 In May, a friend asked why I am living problems instead of solutions. That made stop and realize, I wasn’t achieving because I was seeing problems instead of solutions. I shifted to solutions viewpoint and the world shifted. In 6 weeks, we rebranded with a tighter messaging and greater clarity - only possible with pronoia! Checkout our new and improved website!

Heck yeah, we write about Pronoia and Mudita in our books. It's one of my favorite words on the planet. Who is one person you can celebrate today, Rashimi?
