RUDY's exercise program offers more benefits than you think
In a recent new story out of UT Southwestern Medical Center, early findings are showing that exercise can serve older adults in more ways than one. Exercise could slow down the diminishing effects of Alzheimer's if it is done early. RUDY is designed to work with older adults earlier in their ageing cycle, a key focus of INF Robotics from day 1, addressing needs of seniors in a critical time period of the ageing cycle.
We all have heard the saying, a body in motion stays in motion. Exercising is extremely important as you get older and just like younger generations it is easier and less mundane when you have someone to do that exercise with. But what do you do when you live alone and your nearest family is in another state? You get RUDY.
For years, we have been implementing unique, fun and effective methods to get older adults up and active. We are excited to hear this research's findings because it points to something very important, we need to keep older adults active physically. Being able to do this from the comfort of your own home when you may not be able to get to a local center is great, but who wants to do it alone. Stationary standalone solutions have been trying unsuccessfully to get older adults up and active, but nobody likes to be told what to do, especially older adults who value their independence over everything. RUDY has unique methods of getting mom and dad up and active, in ways that they often do not even realize, the exciting part is that, IT WORKS. We have seen a 5X higher success rate on getting older adults up and active vs. boring stationary table top solutions that tell you to get up an move. RUDY does it with you and it more fun, safe and exciting that way for the older adult.
As RUDY begins to become a household name for older adults that want to remain independent, those that care for them want to know that the solution they are implementing gets the job done, that is what RUDY does. RUDY is a workhorse, endlessly working to keep your parents at home, independent and happy.
