Safe To Lead

Safe To Lead

I’m taking a group of people through the work I’ve been circling for years, work that started on the mats of our karate dojo at our first self-defense seminar and has evolved into a system for personal leadership through safety.

Safe To Lead is a 6-week live beta program built for people who want to feel safe. Who want to lead themselves - and their family, team or clients - with calm confidence instead of stress or survival mode. Like when...

Your kid storms off, slams the door and you react in a tone you regret.

It’s time to promote your offer or share something vulnerable but your mind spins, your chest tightens, and you convince yourself it’s not ready or not good enough to post.

You get that email or that look in a meeting and suddenly you're back in a younger version of yourself you thought you’d grown out of.

What I’ve seen, in coaching rooms, classrooms, and corporate boardrooms, is that most people know exactly what they should be doing and what they want to do.

But it in the moment, when it matters, they can't do it because they don't feel safe.

They don't even know it, but their body is in a constant state of alert so they can’t speak freely, rest fully, or stop scanning the room for what might go wrong next, even when everything looks fine on the outside.

This program is designed to change that.

It’s based on the exact four-pillar framework we teach in our self-defense seminars, now applied to the way you lead yourself and others:

  1. Know Yourself - Understand yourself, recognise how stress shows up in your body, how it drives your decisions, and the patterns that keep repeating.
  2. Know Your Threats - Identify the people, patterns, and situations that regularly threaten your sense of safety.
  3. Situational Awareness - Become present, read the emotional landscape of the situation, your surroundings and of how you feel in real time
  4. Respond - Speak, act, and lead with calm authority instead of reacting with emotion.

You’ll get 6 live calls, practical tools you’ll use right away, and support inside a private Facebook group.

Each week, you’ll apply what you learn to real situations - how you handle tension at work, how you make decisions in your business, how you respond to your partner, how you show up with your kids.

You’ll start to feel safer, will be more aware of your tells and triggers, and will have tools to help you think more clearly and act calmly even when things get uncomfortable.

Once you know how to stay in control under pressure, you stop waiting for the perfect moment to speak up or step in. You stop letting discomfort or tension dictate your choices.

And that changes the people around you.

Your team starts taking more ownership because you’re no longer micromanaging from stress.

Your start attracting better clients, the kind who trust you quickly and stick around, because something about you becomes magnetic.

Your family stops walking on eggshells because you’re no longer reacting from old wounds.

You become someone others feel safe around, because you’ve done the work to feel safe in yourself.

We start Monday 14 July.

Early bird pricing: $97 until 30 June. (Then the price goes up to $197.)

This is for you if:

  • You want to feel safe trusting your own instincts, so you stop deferring, overthinking, and holding yourself back from what you actually want to do
  • You want practical tools to help you handle tough moments with your partner, team, or kids without snapping, withdrawing, or freezing
  • You’re tired of feeling like you have to keep it together while inside you're freaking out
  • You’re open-minded, curious, and willing to see things differently

Join us using the link below. You'll be added to the private Facebook group as soon as it opens.

This is the part most people skip - not because it’s unimportant, but because it’s invisible. If the body’s on alert, no amount of strategy or mindset work will stick. Safety isn’t softness - it’s the baseline for clarity, power, and presence. Glad to see this being brought forward with depth. Wishing you a strong first round, Ann.
