Safety as a priority at our sites 👷

Article content

We appreciate the work of MCC teams around the world to make safety a top priority. The past year brought some truly impressive wins. Below are some highlights.

Asheville, NC celebrated 1,000 days of safety.

“This accomplishment is representative of the commitment and dedication of every teammate. Asheville has set an example in safety excellence for all to follow,” commented Scott Swanson, Director EHS.

Our Cardiff (Wales) and Chesapeake (VA) sites both celebrated 2 years of safety — over 700 days with no recordable incidents.

Hann Munden (Germany) received EMEA 2024 Most Improved Safety Award.

Guadalajara (Mexico) was certified Level II Safe Industry facility by Mexico’s Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. This is a “best of the best” honor that improves on the site’s Level I certification in place since 2014.

In December, our EMEA EHS team awarded 14 awards for outstanding individual contributions at sites in the UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, Sweden, and Norway.
