Saturday — 3 Simple Ways to Find More Purpose, Intuition, & Wisdom

We all know it; Saturday mornings hit different.

From Saturday morning cartoons to finally getting to sleep in till noon.

You have no work meetings, no phone calls, no obligations to other people, and no errands to run (hopefully). To you, Saturdays are sacred.

But what if I told you that Saturdays are also great for broadening your perspective and elevating your consciousness?

In this article, I aim to show you just that.

Saturday through the eyes of Chakra

By the way, when’s the last time you learned about your chakra centers?

If it’s been a while, here’s a quick recap: We have seven main chakra centers in the body, and each center can be associated with a day of the week.

  • The Root Chakra — Monday
  • The Sacral Chakra — Tuesday
  • The Navel/Solar Plexus Chakra — Wednesday
  • The Heart Chakra — Thursday
  • The Throat Chakra — Friday
  • The Third Eye Chakra — Saturday
  • The Crown Chakra — Sunday

Each chakra center has a unique emotional theme, block, and audible frequency (we’ll discuss this later). Each center can be activated independently; if left unchecked, it can become overused or underused.

Saturday’s Specific Emotional Theme, Block, & Frequency

  • Daily Chakra: Third Eye Chakra
  • Chakra Location: Between your Eyebrows and Forehead
  • Main Emotional Theme: Intuition, Wisdom & Purpose
  • Main Emotional Block: Rigidity
  • Vibrational Frequency: 852Hz

On Saturdays, your emotional goal should be to listen to your soul and expand what you know.

Here are three little chakra tricks I use to gain wisdom on Saturdays.

#1 Chakra Recommended Activities

“I like Saturdays. They are my best thinking days.” ― Jack Gantos

Today’s recommended activities should help you broaden your perspective and gain more wisdom.

Recommended Activities:

  • Meditate
  • Research spirituality
  • Question what you know
  • Learn something new
  • Reading

Is there a passion you’ve been meaning to work on or figure out the next steps for? It turns out Saturdays are the recommended day to do that research and learn more about what will need to be done to make that dream a reality.

Or are you having trouble with a problem at work this last week? Spend some time on Saturday researching new ways to look at the situation and potential solutions you can implement in the office.

And even if you’re not into spiritual practices, I challenge you to try guided meditations one of these Saturdays. You’ll be surprised to see how natural it can feel for you.

#2 Self-Reflection Questions

“I’ve taken Saturdays to be the day I pull back completely.” — Padmasree Warrior

When’s the last time you asked yourself self-reflection questions tailored for Saturday? It turns out they can be very enlightening and help you develop a clear intention for the day.

The following questions are ones you can write down or keep in your conscious awareness throughout the day.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  • Do I trust myself?
  • Whom do I listen to?
  • What do I want to learn today?
  • What lessons have I learned this week?

These questions echo the other points I’ve made in this article. The goal is to remind you that Saturdays are days for developing wisdom, challenging what you know, and seeking credible information around you.

#3 Solfeggio Frequency Spotify Playlists

“Saturday is the mightiest day of the week. It’s unshakably, overwhelmingly superior.”- Wataru Watari

Every morning, I start by listening to Solfeggio frequencies associated with the corresponding chakra day. On Saturday, I listen to 852Hz to help boost my intuition, open myself to spiritual experiences, and minimize overthinking.

I created the following playlist on Spotify. You can save it and use it the next time you want a spiritual experience on Saturday.

Playlist: Saturday Starter Kit

Conclusion

Saturdays are special days, and not just because they start the weekend.

They play a critical role in the grand scheme of the week.

Use Saturdays as the day to question what you know, learn something new, and listen to your intuition. Allow your spiritual side to grow on this day and be open to new experiences! Who knows where you’ll end up, what you’ll learn, or what unique perspectives you’ll find.
