'School, I really didn't need that'

When I asked my son what was the worst bit of 2024, his response was 'School, I really didn't need that' 😂 . Quite possibly what we would all say about work. But 2025 needs to be about how we make our working days something that we enjoy rather than tolerate.

One way I'm hoping to do this is by starting a new initiative which will focus on peer to peer mentoring, training, information sharing and supportive groups in social care. Something that over the years has been difficult to find.

The ethos behind the Each1Teach1 Social Care Leadership Academy lies in the innate nature of of people working in care to care for and support each other, but often finding few places to develop their careers or work as a collective. This is the void which Each1 Teach1 endeavours to establish and grow.

We launch in January and start our CPD accredited leadership workshops in March so there's plenty of time to sign up and enquire: hi@coproducecare.com

Whilst there are many things we have to do, yet don't 100% enjoy (e.g. school), in 2025 let's be intentional about doing more of what we love, not just what we need to do to pay the bills. 💚
