Self Healing and Destruction

My closer interaction with the people forces me to think whether their self-centricity comes from Darwin’s Theory of survival of fittest or their suffering is a consequence of self-centricity. For people, one thing always bothers me is the suffering they get and I wonder for its reason; my understanding so far have been too much of layering inside us about “I”, “Me” and “Myself” leading to “Need for Accumulation” in the presence of scarcity.  We always blame outside world for this phenomenon of layering because only the fittest survive. Outside world is often not in our control which we try to influence without significant success adding agony to inside.

On the one hand human “Needs” are the driving fuel to run this world at its optimum level, without these need so much of development in the world was not possible. There is a conflict of interest here whether need is good or bad. On the one hand needs provide the requisite fuel to run this world, on the other hand, the same need bite the human when it is not fulfilled.

My discussion with many individuals while discussing their problems suggest that consistent unfulfilled desires leads to accumulation of stress which kick back at opportune time. Often such stress if not addressed properly seeps down to the human body leading to many chronic diseases.

Stress is an integral part of life; I have seen many individuals falling to diagnose into wrong line of treatment because the causes were never addressed but the symptoms. The classic example was of my mother who had the sporadic heart palpitation some 10 years back, she underwent, angiography and no blockage was found; she remained on medication for next couple of year without much of the relief until she landed up with a doctor who prescribed her anti-depressants which ultimately worked.

To understand the human suffering, when my mother later going through the Cancer treatment and nothing was working out; I took up the challenge to see myself if I could work out through spirituality. The Spirituality helps in understanding few questions about life, such as, who am I, What is the meaning of my suffering, what is the connection between the world around us, how can I live my life in a best possible way, do things happen for reason or without reason etc.

While running through these questions to understand, I realized that there is a greater connection between the human thought process   and its impact on the human body and hence the suffering. She expired last year, but I do not want this learning to go waste and want to spread my constant learning with the world at large that many of the diseases can be controlled and at times cured by controlling the thought process that helps in melting our inside layering.

The fundamental problem that I have observed in the most of the people I have discussed that they do not know their needs , but grappled with “I” “Me’ and “Myself” and therefore do not know their own layers to crack it out. Without knowing the needs even God cannot offer anything. It’s like driving a car without knowing the route.

In my pursuit to finding deeper answers of the suffering, my understanding lies in connecting inner self with the cosmic powers, which we are part of it. When these two worlds connects, there is a no “I” in this process, we are part of cosmic powers and cosmic powers are part of us, we are “One”. By reaching to this level, all the layers inside us start cracking and eventually disappear freeing our mind and body from the layers of stresses.

Both healing and destruction is in our own hands, there is only need to understand “why I am here”. Believe me there is a purpose- unfortunately we do not know, but if we try, we can find. Life is Beautiful.
