Shift Group is honored to announce the appointment of The Honorable James D Rodriguez , MA, as a Strategic Advisor. With over 30 years of distinguished service in the U.S. government, corporate sector, and 21 years in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Rodriguez brings unparalleled expertise to our mission of facilitating successful career transitions for veterans.

As the former U.S. Department of Labor’s Assistant Secretary for Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS), Mr. Rodriguez has been instrumental in preparing America's veterans, service members, and their spouses for meaningful careers. In 2022, under his leadership, over 2,800 VETS staff, contractors, and grantees served more than 440,000 veterans and military spouses across all agency programs.
