Shorten the meetings you have in your calendar, and reduce the number of meetings you have at work
In April 2008, my manager told me, "if you could code how to listen, you could change the world".
Since then, I have coded how to listen in;
1 jigsaw puzzle workshop
3 books
52 practice cards
34,000 participants have completed their online listening assessment
Over 123,000 participants attended keynote, webinar and workshop presentations
504,326 downloads of the Apple award-winning podcast – deep listening
And now, I am pleased to announce the next way of coding how to listen
Applications are now open for “how to listen – fundamentals” – an interactive cohort program to improve workplace listening
Available on Wednesday October 02 at 12:30pm
Just like the six other offerings, this program has been researched, designed, developed and updated based on
518 research participants and their feedback about what gets in their way when listening at work
28 co-designers who are workplace professionals who provided input on the program design
16 program participants - 2 cohorts of 8 who tested each element of the programs
This is an outline of the course if you want to see each detail
Listening is best practised through live interactive conversations, and based on our research, each cohort accepts between 8 and 12 participants to maximize their learning experience.
If you would like to transform the way you communicate at work, add your name to the wait list.
