Simple Life Changing Tips For 2020

If you want to make big changes and drastic impact in your life, it’s important to start with small habits. The fact is that it’s very hard to make large-scale changes instantly and that smaller habits and goals tried and achieved over time increases the probability of achieving goals. Starting off with using our Positive

Below are some tips you’ll find that you can implement throughout 2019. Complete them on an consistent basis and form good habits, by year end you will have made drastic changes and a higher chance of becoming a healthier and happier person.

·        SWITCH TO BLACK COFFEE- Removing the milk from your coffee saves you consuming unwanted and extra calories, plus unwanted sugar.

·        STOP CONSUMING SOFT DRINKS- These drinks are very high in calories and also contain a lot of additives that your body simply would be better without. A good substitute for someone who craves soft drink is a drink like Kombucha, which has hardly any calories and provides a variety of health benefits.

·        TAKE TIME OUT AND MEDITATE DAILY- I use to admit that I thought meditation was a hippie thing until I gave it a shot and was surprised by the results. It greatly reduces anxiety and stress.

·        BRING A HEALTHY SNACK TO WORK- Instead of buying constant snacks and unhealthy food that’s over priced from the vending machine or local cafe, save money and your health by bringing healthy snacks to work. Some chopped carrots and celery sticks with some dips is a better alternative than a packet of chips that costs $4.50.

·        START EXERCISING- Resistance training has shown to build muscle, strengthen bones and promote positive health and well-being.

·        DON’T SLEEP WITH OR NEXT TO YOUR PHONE- It’s to easy and addictive to scroll through your Social Media feeds and the temptation of visiting Excel Fitness, however it’s important to control yourselves and ensure you have 6-8 hours of quality sleep a night.

·        STRETCH DAILY- Your body will thank-you after loosening up those tight spots. Will also help your training and daily regime and tasks.

·        COUNT YOUR STEPS- If you’re not getting around 10,000 steps daily, you need to walk more. By sitting to much in one spot and not being generally active your harming your health in the long-run which will lead to a variety of problems and illnesses.
