Comparative Financial Statements

When generating Financial Statements containing comparative information, i.e., the Show section “Comparison Column” box is checked on the Print Financial Statements screen, you must run the Create General Ledger Report Tables process to ensure that the financial statements contain current comparative information. If you want to generate financial statements that do not contain comparative information, it is not necessary to run this process.
