2moGreat post Dan Cone - there will ABSOLUTELY be an “AI first CRM” that will supplant Salesforce, Hubspot and all traditional CRMs in the next few years. It’s only a matter of time. The model of products plugging into a CRM sucks (Salesforce) and Hubspot CRM Free model is great at getting users, but the product is difficult to use. A CRM needs to adapt to your workflow automatically, not the other way around.
