Spirituality in the corporate world....

Just allowing myself to pass some thoughts…

Purpose of this article is not to make one lazy and to give reason to shift one’s responsibility on other shoulders but to make one plan his/her actions consciously with the clarity of mind. One will invest his/her energy, vision by focusing mainly on action and not on results. Action will definitely yield results but the same cannot disturb one’s life like result-oriented ones. How to get this happens… clear understanding of all happenings around us can help...

"Spirituality", "Predetermination", "Destiny", "Ego-lessness", " Purpose-lessness", "Choiceless awareness" etc. are very few words from many which are not so welcomed in the corporate world and seems to many of us not even relevant to discuss with the hidden fear that it can shake their basic understanding of life...

In the corporate world one speaks about keeping higher goals, dedications, strategies and many more skills & professionalism to get success and on the other side the spiritual world speaks about how to keep life just flowing with playfulness (existence's Leela) without any expectation but total acceptance... How to balance this…. Just live consciously by being an observer.

Spiritual journey is INWARD whereas corporate journey is OUTWARD. Although at first instance the direction of both looks 180 degrees opposite, they are not.... How to make Inward journey supportive & energy-provider to any outward action .... Just BE and NOT BECOME.

We need to just STOP & STAND ASIDE from our life-race and ask ourselves a few questions......to make our understanding clear and which is the master-key to convert all our sufferings into pleasures…

Why is our success ratio not 100%, even if we are firm believers of “Nothing is Impossible”. (Even the speaker of this could not win all his battles.) Our ego will not be ready to accept the fact that nothing is in our control...? Coincidentally, if we get what we want our ego will be nourished, on the contrary in case of failure we make the other one responsible...We are/can NOT BE THE DOER. We are just an Observer…

Do we really have any control over our life events (Birth, Death, Win, loss, respect (Fame), Insult (Defame))? Can we manage our blood circulation, heartbeat, Digestion, body growth and many other critical functionalities during sleep or in an awake condition? Without our doing everything is running automatically without any difficulty.... only our ego is not ready to accept the fact...

What is then really in our control...If everything is predetermined then what about our freedom to do anything? Who will DO when we do not do anything??Existence provides the circumstances which help us fulfill our desires/expectations...There is no one who keeps our account as our clerk. What we get is always predetermined but what we do with what we got is in our hands...We can't always choose the music life plays for us, but we can choose how we dance to it,,,

Do you believe in astrology / Jyotish .... how one can predict important events of future life if the same is not predetermined e.g. Guru of Shabri had told to Shabari that one fine day RAM will visit your hut.... To make this prediction true RAM has to go to Jungle... for sending RAM in jungle Kaikai has to have two boons/vows .... for sending RAMA in jungle & making BHARAT the next king of Ayodhya....This tells us that everything they got was predetermined...

On what basis do we build our ego…Do we know our REAL introduction…if by chance, heaven & hell are existing physically then the security guard will ask the name & number of the milky way, which galaxy, which solar system, which planet, from which earth….we are coming from since there is no message about our coming…Was anything we had to prepared while taking the birth…not even for the food…existence is preparing everything we will require for the upcoming moments in our life which we do not even know….

We have to be grateful to the existence in which we are…and invited to travel with it on its chariot to celebrate & enjoy every moments and we are still carrying our treasure on our head and suffering…not putting our treasure aside by thinking not to burden the existence more with the load of our treasure…not knowing we ourselves are on the chariot… it is now up to us to keep our trouble treasure on our head and harass ourselves or put our treasure aside on the chariot….Existence is already taking care of us in a best way as we wished and we are not smarter than existence….so relax & enjoy the role of OBSERVER.
