🚨 Spot the Block: Reading Your Body’s Early “Lock” Signals 🚨

🚨 Spot the Block: Reading Your Body’s Early “Lock” Signals 🚨

Your body whispers before your grades scream. Learn to catch the whisper—and you stay in flow.

Let me tell you about Shane.

Shane was a bright, creative middle-schooler I coached who had one consistent challenge: he’d feel fine, even confident… until suddenly he wasn’t. His brain would fog, frustration would rise, and homework became a battlefield.

But once we started watching his body before the shutdown, we found gold.

His early warning signs?

  • Shallow breathing
  • Clenched fists
  • That quick flash of tension behind the eyes

Once Shane learned to recognize these signals, he could pause—and everything changed. The overwhelm lost its grip. Clarity came back. “Impossible” assignments became doable.

Shane’s story is proof of the first rule of the Blocks-to-Flow Method: Awareness precedes change.

🧠 Want to try it yourself? Here’s a 1-minute micro-reset I teach called S.T.O.P.

The S.T.O.P. Reset:

SSet an alarm for 3 random times today. When it goes off, scan your body: jaw, shoulders, hands. Any tension?

TTouch & Tune-In: Place two fingers on the pulse below your thumb. Feel three steady beats.

OOxygenate: Inhale through your nose for 4 counts. Exhale through your mouth for 6. Repeat twice.

PProceed: Ask yourself, “What’s my next smallest step?”—then do it before your brain talks you out of it.

That’s it. Total time: 45–60 seconds. Major shift.

💡 Challenge: Try S.T.O.P. 3 times a day for the next 2 days. Then DM me one pattern you notice—just like Shane did—and I’ll send you a personalized tip to amplify your flow.

Small signals. Big impact. Because the sooner you spot the block, the faster you return to flow.
