Step Away From The Cheetos
How about a little dried-out and tasteless chia seed instead? 😳
How can one exchange the deliciousness of their favorite crunchy chip choice for some tiny, dried-out, tasteless seeds?
Read on, snacker. 🍿
Chia has four main benefits I want you to think about before I give you the most delicious recipe to use them in:
👉HORMONE BALANCE – Seeds, particularly chia, are a tremendous balancer of wonky hormones, especially during menopause. They are fantastic to have in your daily nutritional routine.
👉PROTEIN PUNCH – Most people are not getting even close to the necessary grams of protein a day to maintain, let alone build healthy muscle. At almost 5 grams per tablespoon, chia is a fantastic non-animal way to help those grams add up.
👉FIBER GALORE – With 10 grams of fiber in an ounce, chia provides just over 1/3 of your daily need to keep your colon happy.
👉HYDRATION HIT – Most people forget this essential benefit of chia. When we hydrate chia seeds, they become mineral-packed, tiny glasses of perfect hydration.
So! Here is the recipe. It is super delicious.

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the pre-hydrated chia with the collagen protein powder.
