Stop Losing Sales by Following This One Practice

Salespeople complain bitterly that sales are tough. It drives me crazy how they (not all but, so many of them) lay ALL of the blame on the customer. However, when I challenge a sales person and ask – do you do anything wrong or is there something you can change – inevitably the answer is NO! Well, I will challenge that notion with just one question, are you replying in a timely manner when a prospect contacts you? I love it when they reply “always!” But in truth, so many have no clue what a timely manner means.
