Strategy that clicks
Kia ora (Hi there) Change Wranglers,
This week, I’ve been happy to be a part of strategy talks on how to evolve a crucial organisational function.

2moThis is so on point, Barb. Thank you for putting words to what many of us feel but rarely express so clearly. As a change consultant in France, I often see strategic conversations drift into abstraction far from the real challenges teams face on the ground. Your five tips are a powerful reminder that strategy doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective. Looking forward to reading your newsletter!
