Successfully Completed AWS Café Web Application Deployment & Multi-Region Scaling

I am thrilled to share my recent hands-on experience with AWS, where I successfully deployed a dynamic web application for a café business and implemented multi-region scaling for enhanced reliability and disaster recovery. This project deepened my expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security best practices.

Key Achievements:

✅ Application Deployment: Configured and launched the café website on an EC2 instance, integrating AWS Secrets Manager, MySQL database, and PHP configurations.

✅ Database Configuration: Secured and connected a MySQL database hosted on an EC2 instance, ensuring seamless data retrieval for the application.

✅ Web Server Optimization: Tuned PHP settings and restarted Apache to align with application requirements.

✅ Multi-Region AMI Deployment: Created an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) from the existing EC2 instance and successfully launched a replica instance in a different AWS region.

✅ Security & Access Control: Configured security groups, IAM roles, and SSH key pairs to ensure secure access and compliance.

✅ Testing & Validation: Conducted end-to-end testing, including order placement, order history tracking, and database validation.
