Dear Participant,
I'm Dean Onyambu, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Warwick (Warwick Business School [WBS]). I invite you to participate in a pivotal study titled: "Investment Trends and Wealth Creation in Zambia: Perspectives on Alternative, Collective, and Foreign Currency Investments."

This study aims to delve deep into the dynamics of Zambia's investment landscape and your insights are invaluable in shaping our understanding of current and future wealth creation and investment strategies, focusing on alternative, collective, and foreign currency investments.
What Will Happen in This Study:
You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire about your investment habits and perspectives, taking less than 20 minutes.
Why Your Participation Matters:
While there may not be direct personal benefits, your participation contributes to groundbreaking research that could,
* reshape investment practices and policies in Zambia.
* provide insights that could foster wealth creation and inform future economic and investment strategies.
* help identify new avenues for sustainable investment and wealth generation.
Voluntary and Confidential Participation:
Your participation is entirely voluntary, and choosing not to take part will not affect you in any way. You may withdraw at any time without penalty and without giving reason by contacting one of the investigators. Your participation will be completely anonymous, with all data aggregated to represent group totals. Please note withdrawing participation is separate to withdrawing data that has already been collected during the study.
Data Handling and Confidentiality:
Your data will be collected online and processed for the purpose of this research. It will be anonymized as soon as possible, ensuring that direct and indirect identifiers are removed and replaced with a unique participant number. The key for identification will be stored separately from the research data. Your data will not be shared outside of the University of Warwick.
Duty of Care:
If disclosures during the study indicate that you or others may be at risk of harm, we have a duty of care to report this.
Use of Data:
As a publicly funded organization, the University of Warwick ensures the public interest when using personally identifiable information from people who have agreed to take part in the research. This means that when you agree to take part in a research study, such as this, we will use your data in the ways needed to conduct and analyse the research study. Your data will be used solely for the purposes of this study.
After Data Collection:
Upon anonymizing the data, it will not be possible to withdraw your data. The anonymized data will be stored securely and used for analysis pertinent to this research project. Your rights to access, change or move your information are limited, as we need to manage your information in specific ways in order for the research to be reliable and accurate. The University of Warwick has in place policies and procedures to keep your data safe.
This data may also be used for future research, including impact activities following review and approval by an independent Research Ethics Committee and subject to your consent at the outset of this research project.
