Introducing Syncro Extended Monitoring & Management Platform (XMM™)
This release day marks a major milestone for Syncro as we celebrate the launch of XMM™ and begin releasing our Microsoft 365 management features. Over the coming months, Syncro users will be able to secure and manage M365 tenants faster and more efficiently than ever before 🚀

Windows Patching Dashboard
The Windows Patching Dashboard Beta is now available in Syncro, providing centralized visibility into patch status across all managed Windows devices. This new feature consolidates patching data into one place and allows users to quickly identify devices missing updates, verify policy application, filter data, and assess overall compliance posture, all within one view.
End User Management Redesign
This feature replaces the existing Contact tab in the Customer module, introducing new UX and enhanced search, sort, and filter capabilities. This view will also display any assets associated with the end user so you can quickly discover and click to them.
This update adds the new “Syncro Tenant” entity type, giving users the ability to organize Customer Organizations and paves the way to map Syncro Tenants to Microsoft Tenants with our upcoming Entra Id Sync V2.
Additionally, this update will begging introducing updated terminology across the Syncro platform:
Ticket Metric Standardization
Updates and standardizes ticket metrics across the Syncro platform to ensure better consistency and ease of access across ticket Views and key reports. Improved metrics include Average First Response Time and Average Resolution Time.

Ticket Timer Enhancements - Early Access
We're excited to announce Early Access for Ticket Timer Enhancements, focusing on a user-centric overhaul of Syncro’s existing time tracking interface. This update aims to simplify navigation and increase scanability for users. Key improvements include a streamlined interface, enhanced note-taking functionality, and improved page performance.
