There is a lot of pressure put on higher education by governments, policy-makers, employers, parents, and graduates when it comes to effectively preparing students for the world of work.

Challenges with rapid expansion of medical schools and colleges - lack of skilled teachers and some students WHO lack aptitude and degrees as source of making money leading to Under-prepared for clinical practice,

However, ironically, medical graduates still feel under prepared for clinical practice, which may be due to heavily theoretical teaching and learning programmes.

The perception of "poor quality" in medical graduates can stem from several factors, including limited access to quality education, inadequate training in specific areas like clinical skills, and disparities in resources and opportunities across different medical institutions

Teaching skills to medical students effectively involves a blend of demonstration, practice, feedback, and a structured approach. It's crucial to create a learning environment that fosters active participation and encourages reflection on experiences. Integrating theory with practice and breaking down complex skills into smaller, manageable steps are key

AI can provide immediate and personalized feedback on the student's history-taking, examination techniques, and decision-making, guiding them toward best practices.

What all happening we cannot change many issues intelligent and bright teachers and students still can put the matters in place in the interest of saving the Medical profession for benefit of humans who is in need of medical care?
