Team Bester Capital: the roar of the rookies

Born in Algemesí, Spain, n.5 Jaume Masiá embraces the definition of talent and motivation. Starting racing at the age of five, he inherited the passion from his father who taught him no victory comes without sacrifice. He quickly ascended through the ranks winning the Spanish 140cc Championship at the age of 8, alongside the Valencian 150cc title. He would continue this promising form in road racing claiming the sixth position in the Spanish PreMoto3 Championship in his debut year of 2013, before landing a ride in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup for the following season. After a year in the Moto3™ Junior World Championship in 2016, Masiá moved to the Valencian-run Cuna de Campeones outfit for the following season and was quick immediately, eventually setting two victories in Aragon and Valencia at the end of the year. Mid-way through the season, Masiá was called up to by our Team to replace the injured Darryn Binder at the Austrian Grand Prix; showing himself to be a quick learner, he finished ninth on his World Championship debut when we recognized his talent and signed him for a full-time ride in 2018 and 2019. All the Team has great expectations on Jaume, and from the very beginning of the season he's showed us there is no room for disappointment on the way.
