Here are the ten luminaries / key contributors with their lifelong seminal works that have led to the growth of organization development. We use their principles, and research in one form or the other while designing interventions on change, learning, culture, or leadership.
Kurt Lewin - known as the "father of organization development," Lewin is credited with introducing the concept of "planned change" and establishing the action research method for implementing change in organizations.
