Three Leadership Pitfalls To Avoid While Leading In This Crisis

Believe it or not, it was just a few short weeks ago when we naively thought that we were already being challenged to lead in a world of constant disruption. In 2018, I wrote:

If there’s one constant in today’s workplace, it’s change. VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) has not only entered the common parlance, it’s now business as usual.
