Three Waters waka can chart course out of rough waters

The New Zealand government's Three Water's reform is in some trouble. Yet almost everyone agrees changes are needed to improve reliability, safety and address historic under-investment and future growth.

More than 90% of New Zealand's water system owners, local councils, have expressed opposition or lack of support for key parts of the proposals.

Some changes are needed from the government and in my article, published in @NewsroomNZ I chart a course out of the troubled waters.
