Analytics 365 and Record AI Updates
The latest release of Analytics 365 Call Analytics introduces the ability to display a real time list of calls in progress for selected users on a wallboard. Analytics 365 Recording / Record AI has also been updated with numerous improvements to filtering, call details and admin. Users can configure notification rules based on topic matches and/or sentiment ratings to highlight the conversations that matter 'in the moment'. The release also allows Microsoft Teams users to be recorded on demand or automatically, with or without the ability to pause, resume and discard.
Cavell Summit Europe
On the 12th of March, Tollring attended Cavell Summit Europe as a Bronze Sponsor, marking our first Cavell event of the year. This key industry gathering brought together leaders in UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud communications, providing valuable insights into the evolving market landscape. We were represented at the event by Greg Easton , Marcus Campbell , and Matthew Spanswick from the commercial team, along with James Sharratt from marketing.
The summit was a fantastic opportunity to see both some familiar and new faces and discuss how our portfolio can help partners innovate, stand apart from competitors, and build unique propositions to win more deals and capture new markets. From the future of CX to enterprise trends, the event highlighted the key challenges and opportunities shaping the industry.
A huge thank you to Cavell for organizing such a valuable and insightful event.
