Once you create an event in KonfHub and accept registrations, you can launch email campaigns by going to the “Contact Attendees” -> “Emails” menu item.

Step #3. Click on a specific campaign to drill-down on more details on analytics for that campaign.

These metrics shown help you measure your email campaign's reach and engagement:  

  • Total Attempted: Total emails sent during the campaign
  • Total Delivered: Number of emails that successfully reached inboxes
  • Total Links Clicked: Number of unique clicks on links inside the email
  • Total Emails Bounced: Count of undeliverable emails
  • Delivery Rate: (Delivered / Attempted) × 100
  • Bounce Rate: (Bounced / Attempted) × 100

In the same screen, you can also view email performance at the individual attendee level using powerful filters:
