Training From The Back of the Room Training
I have been teaching at the college and beyond for a number of years now and I am always looking for ways to make lessons more enjoyable/better/more interesting. to make. That's how I came into contact with "Training From the Back of the Room" two years ago.
This is an approach based on the principles of brain-based learning. This type of training is based on insights from neuroscience that are integrated to create more effective and engaging learning experiences.
"TBR" has been very liberating for me. It freed me from sweating in front of a group where knowledge was transferred on students in one direction. Where you are never sure how much really sticks, no matter how well you can explain it. I’ve been studying for ten years and have been following numerous other training sessions so I've also been on the other side long enough to see the reality of that. For a long time, I was convinced that teaching like this was the way to go. Now I see things differently and so do my students.
"I think the strongest point of this course is the interaction"
"Good visualization makes it easier to absorb the material"
"The way of explaining the theory is much better than just using ppt, it's more interactive and is more likely to be remembered for a longer period."
"The visual way of explaining things is much better as it's more interactive and more engaging students in to the process"
I believe that we can avoid the suffering of people in learning environments by making slight adjustments in the approach. I do this by providing animated sessions in which the sweat is put on the right back. I sincerely believe that you can also benefit from this way of training with both customers and colleagues and that is why I want to spread this knowledge. Because this also happens outside of school environments.
Under the motto "Spreading this knowledge like Nutella on a loaf of bread".
By approaching the trainings in a more interactive and participatory way, we can not only increase the effectiveness of learning, but also foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Isn't that beautiful?
Why now?
I would like to become a "full certified Training from the Back of the Room Trainer". To do this, I have to organise one public training this year. I need you for that.
What's the Deal?
A special offer: 10% discount for you for the TBR training through the organization of RSG Gent.
Did you mean that, Jan? Yes! I mean that.
Within the "agile community" this way of training is considered the Gold standard, but outside of it is still relatively unknown. I would like to change that, hence my offer.
The offer:
You can register with a 10% discount. This means that you only pay 890,10 euro (VAT incl.) instead of 989 euro (VAT incl.) for two days of training including good food, after which you can give valuable training yourself!

What’s in it for you?
* You will be trained to provide better training yourself. This has an immediate impact in a world where keeping up and lifelong learning is the standard.
* Again massive kudos for once again contributing to my growth as a trainer and person.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
I look forward to hearing from you and look forward to your registrations.
