Tungsten Capital’s Year of the Tiger

Tungsten Capital’s Year of the Tiger

For the most part, at Tungsten Capital we are extremely practical people - basing our perspectives and our claims on the dependability of facts and figures, knowing that they always tell the story as long as you know where to look. However, every now and again the planets seem to align as well.

The future’s bright, but this year’s been pretty great too

This month saw the beginning of the Year of the Tiger and with it, Tungsten Capital finds itself in a position that’s stronger than ever. I would be remiss if I didn’t say that was largely down to the herculean efforts and unwaveringly hard work of our teams around the world over the last couple of years. However, I would also be somewhat jaded if I didn’t recognise that some of it is down to luck, the grace of the fates, serendipity or whatever you wish to call it.

So with just enough wonder left in my view of the world, imagine my joy we were able to begin the Year of the Tiger, a year of willpower, bravery, courage and strength, with a number of secure and highly valued partnerships in place, the fruition of positive outcomes for clients and a number of exciting opportunities coming into view.

It’s not just as a proud boss that I say frankly I recognise those qualities - willpower, bravery, courage and strength - in my team as a whole, all the time. That and a little competitiveness thrown in for good measure (also a tiger trait).

I also hope that bravery, courage and strength are qualities that we bring to our partnerships, and which have attracted the likes of Staveley & Partners in Ireland to come under our umbrella, and RLB in the USA to partner with us.

Never people to take anything for granted, we will throw salt over our shoulders, plant lavender by the front door, pat our stomachs and rub our heads at the same time to encourage lady luck to remain present in 2022, all whilst working like the clappers to protect the interests of all connected to Tungsten Capital, now and in the future.

Nonetheless, it doesn’t hurt to have a little tiger power fighting all of our corners at the same time, does it?
