Unlock Exponential Performance with EQ Mastery

We all try so hard to master new skills and abilities throughout our lives however I feel that only a small percentage of us spend time mastering their own mind. 

EQ is the new IQ. By understanding your mind and how it works and understanding others minds and how they work you can build your own core confidence and influence that will unlock a relentless growth in performance that is not held back by the little guy on your shoulder saying that you "can't do it". 

Steve Peters sum's this up perfectly in his book The Chimp Paradox. 

I highly recommend his book however if you have the time - here's his TED Talk on his ground breaking approach to mind management. 

I'm passionate about helping people understand their own mind and building their confidence in the office. I believe that anyone can achieve anything, under the right conditions with the right mindset and by putting in the right energy. Once you've developed a growth mindset your power is only limited by your confidence and commitment. 

There is however a negativity and low confidence epidemic in the UK, bred through tough trading conditions and increasing expectations, resulting in seriously affected business results and a reduction in happiness for all involved. 

My thought for you this morning is - What are you doing to build your teams EQ? What are you doing to build their confidence? What are you doing to condition their mindset to be winners? 

Invest in your team and your colleagues mindset and drive confidence and positivity through your organisation to see exponential results.
