Power virtual agent:

Power Virtual Agents is a part of the Microsoft Power Platform, which is a suite of tools designed for building business solutions. Power Virtual Agents specifically focuses on creating chatbots and virtual agents without the need for extensive coding or development experience.

Power Automate:

Power Automate is a Microsoft service that allows users to automate workflows across various applications and services. Formerly known as Microsoft Flow, Power Automate enables users to create automated processes, or "flows," that can perform repetitive tasks, streamline business processes, and integrate data and actions across different systems and services

Business scenario:

  • As a salesperson responsible for creating sales orders daily, I often encounter situations where orders exceed available quantities. However, without access to the product information management in D365FO, I face challenges in checking availability.

Solution with Power virtual agent & Power Automate- lets start.

Step-1: Login to the Power automate > Click on Topics & Plugins > Select the Add> Click on topic > From Blank
