When faced with a complex project in a Telco with a tight deadline, it became evident that more than traditional hierarchical decision-making would be required. I adopted a collaborative approach, inviting input from every team level. This not only brought a variety of perspectives to the table but also accelerated the problem-solving process. As a result, we completed the project ahead of schedule, with innovations that only such a diverse collaboration could produce.
