Well Done Andy

There is no greater recognition than those that are provided by your peers. Today I presented Andy Berry with the Jardine Audi Jobswagger Award for his efforts in September. Not 1 but 3 colleagues nominated Andy in isolation; collectively they show the respect and pride that we all share in Andy's work ethic and commitment to his colleagues and customer's. Here is the nomination - He can adapt to any given job in the service department and do it well, ran the workshop as a temporary workshop controller and ran it well, all the work got done smoothly and efficiently, CnD's where carried out before dinner time as well so customers had their cars back sooner then expected. good all rounder never moans about any job he’s given and does it well. Andy took time out of his bank holiday Sunday, to assist a sales executive with an issue he encountered on a used car at point of delivery. the context is clear as the vehicle was being taken to Northern Ireland and would therefore not be local to the dealership to rectify any issue in the future without detriment to the customer. Andy always helps people when they need him and was very good on workshop control when needed. He made settling in for me very easy and made me feel welcome.
