Let’s take a look at the below ideas you can explore during lockdown.
1.Build a new body
There is nothing good in the life more than your health. No matter if you are a millionaire or billionaire but if you are physically ill then you are not a winner. Let’s kill all disease with Yoga, Meditation and home based workout. All you need a coach which can be easily found from YouTube with free of cost.

2. Clean and decor your home
Tired of seeing the same old seating/dining arrangements, day in, day out? With a lockdown in full progress, this may be a good time to readjust the decor and give your home a fresh new look. Change the curtains, move your tables, chairs and sofas around the house to try out new combinations. Also remove some unwanted items for better ventilation
3.Connect with the memories
Going through old photo albums and arranging them in the process that can bring us unbidden joy. Refresh your memory with your loved one, mom-dad, grand pa etc. Share those picture on social media tag your relative with their childhood image and upload it on your whatsapp statues I’m sure that going to make you happy!
4. Try new recopies
If you are foodie you must learn how this is made. Help mother or partner in cooking like chopping vegetables, baking cookies and tries to make different –different delicious and nutritious items. Even if you are away from your relatives you can make a video chat while cooking.
Yesterday I have learned how to make Dosa through my mum and it was very delicious. Well summer is coming you can learn how to make a smoothie, ice-cream and variation of different juice etc.
5. Let the creativity flow
Do something creative which can enhance your personality.
DO you like singing? Dancing? There are literally dozens of YouTube tutorials that you can access. Learn to dance or take to karaoke. Bring-out your inner Elvis.
Not musically inclined? You could learn a new language too. There are very decent language tutorials available online. You need to be disciplined if you are serious about this and carry on even after the lockdown.
6. Let’s get spiritual
Spirituality is usually associated with a search for deeper life meaning, with questioning identity and having a willingness to change through personal transformation.
My pappa(Father) gave me this book to read. At the initial base it looks dull but more I read it sounds interesting.
7. Quit a bad habit
If you are habitual of smocking, caffeine or cocaine you must quit. During this lockdown period it’s more harder to find it also this habit is damage your body internally. Instead of wasting money on drugs capitalize on life-altering changes or replace your bad habit with a good one.
8. Increase social distancing and decrease emotional distance
Corona virus spread with people to people. Social distancing means increasing the physical space between people to avoid spreading illness. Staying at least six feet away from other people lessens your chances of catching COVID-19. Avoid going out unnecessarily but you can keep in touch via video call.
9. Make your wish list for post-lock down
Three weeks is a long time, but know that this too shall pass. Make a list of all the things you want to do once the lock-down is over it could be meeting your best friend over coffee and giving her a hug, playing cricket, future business opportunity, taking your elderly aunt out for dinner, or just going back to walking in the park!
