What’s New in the Singlife Plan & Protect App: Simpler Payments, Easier Planning

At Singlife Philippines, we’re all about helping you take control of your finances—quickly, efficiently, and on your terms. Starting June 30, 2025, we’re rolling out exciting new features in the Singlife Plan & Protect App: you can now cash in using your debit or credit card, cash out directly to any bank or e-wallet, and instantly explore our full range of financial solutions before signing up. These upgrades are designed to give you more flexibility and control.


Cash In with Your Debit or Credit Card

We’ve expanded your cash-in choices to give you greater flexibility. Now, you can add funds to your Singlife Account using your debit or credit card. These will be credited as Singlife Credits, which you can use for premium payments and top-ups in the Singlife Plan & Protect App.

Just go to: 

  • Account tab, select Cash In, and choose Debit/Credit

  • Enter your card details and the amount

  • Follow the steps to complete your cash-in 

You can also choose to pay for your initial premium this way:

  • Choose Debit/Credit as your payment method during checkout

  • Enter your card details and pay securely

🔐 Tip: Make sure your card is active. Payments are securely processed through Maya, with built-in fraud protection for your peace of mind.


New Cash Out Options

Starting June 30, 2025, you’ll be able to cash out directly to your bank account or e-wallet.

Simply log in to your Singlife Plan & Protect App and:

  • Go to the Account tab and tap Transfer

  • Select To a Bank Account or an e-Wallet

  • Fill in your details

  • Complete the transaction

You can transfer up to ₱50,000 per day. ​Only cash credits can be cashed out or transferred. Singlife Credits are not withdrawable, but you can use them for premium payments and top-ups in the app. 

By August 1, 2025, available cash-out options will include:

  • To another Singlife Account

  • To a bank account or an e-wallet

Please note: The "To My Wallet" option will no longer be available starting August 1.
