Why I share the way I share
First and foremost, as I always mention in my articles, I use AI tools to support me in grammar and research. But for this one I am putting AI aside. If I misspell any words or write a funky looking sentence, my apologies. I am not trying to be erudite. I am writing directly from the heart.
You see, I always look forward to writing articles that, most of all, make you think. I have a subversive mind. I have some filters in place, of course, but I tell it as I see it and do not shy away from my true feelings on the topics that this newsletter of sorts focuses on.
But I also believe that LinkedIn - and similar platforms - present a curated side of who we are as professionals and does not reflect who we are as individuals, as people. And I don't mean what I do outside of my professional life. No, that I have spoken about. The photography, the writing, the LEGOs, sci-fi, and true crime. Those are parts of who I am but not WHO I am, if this makes any sense.
All this just to say that regardless of how many articles I may write or how many interests I may share, if I am not true to myself, then I am doing a disservice to me and you. This is why I am not regular in my cadence publishing and why my themes may go from topic to topic. Because they reflect what I feel at that moment in time. I may have nothing to say for weeks and then publish two articles in a row. I may speak of a particular agile framework or go at length about sociology- or anthropology-related topics. And I do not know what I will write about next. E.g., currently I am struggling with getting my first full-fledged sci-fi novel to fruition, and as such I am not very keen on thinking about any other topics. So it may take a while before I write something else here. Except if I have a flash of inspiration or a sudden insight. Who knows?
In conclusion, if you're anything like me, write and share from a position of truth, not because you want likes or comments, nor even because it is supposed to be a weekly newsletter, as I announced this one to be. And, by all means, use and abuse AI to help with grammar and research should you be so inclined, but as long as the message is yours, it's not the occasional grammar blunder that will mess it up.
Thank you.

2moWriting as you feel it, isn't that what everyone here should do? Who carez aboot mispeling? Even or grammatical eoors or bad sintax? 🙃 Opinions (especially strong ones) should always come out and be expressed with one's own words, not with an AI pre-digested soup of words.
