Why I wrapped my car hot pink 💕

I've always been one to think outside the square...

👉 I started my first business to sponsor myself to stay in Australia because I knew I'd be a terrible employee and would hate to be stuck for 4 years with an organisation just for a visa.

👉  I used LinkedIn to connected with heads of Sony, Stan & major TV networks to get our self-funded feature film on TV when the traditional communication routes though PA's wasn't working.

👉  I was one of the first in Australia to package up video production offerings to make it easy for clients to buy because I was sick of doing personalised quotes with different rates for people and gear.

👉  I opened up my home and invited strangers into it for dinner because I felt a need to connect with business owners in a different, more relaxed way.

AND

👉 When I felt lonely and knew I couldn't be alone I started The Champagne Lounge to find and connect my people, like-minded regional business women.

Thinking outside the square has meant success for me, every time.

So when I had the idea of wrapping my car hot pink and making it a giant driving billboard for The Champagne Lounge it was a no-brainer for me to make it happen.

You can't miss my car.

People wave at me when I drive past, and take photos of it when it's on the street. And that's exactly what I wanted.

I wanted a way to cut through the noise of social media, of emails and of online advertising.

I wanted to be seen and to be remembered.

I wanted people to be able to take action, and so I have trackable QR codes on the car - it's only a matter of time to know if this crazy plan is working...

Thinking outside of the square is easy, taking action outside of the square requires courage and gumption.

I couldn't do any of this alone, but I can do it because I have a cheer squad and I know there's people around me who have my back in making my dreams a reality.
